As previously mentioned: In
Spain Bungalows are units built in a block, each with their
own entrance, available on either the ground or the first floor.
You can choose between Bungalows with one, two or three bedrooms.
The owner of the ground floor has a garden and the Bungalow
in the first floor normally has a roof terrace (Solarium). On
the following pages we will show you different types ob Bungalows
which are currently favoured.

on the outskirts of Torrevieja town centre with all amenities
close at hand. These flats make ideal holiday homes and for
this reason are recommended. Many have been purchased for investment
reasons and will be let. Full builders warranty.The properties
are built to high standards but are probably unsuitable for
those looking for a quiet retirement home.
