We have designed the viewing tour of property in the belief that you may either know the area in which you want to purchase a holiday or retirement home, or have carried out a certain amount of research and can be reasonably specific about your  requirements.

The standard inspection tour is normally from Thursday to Sunday or Saturday to  Tuesday. However, this is subject to change depending upon the airport of departure. The Spanish Property ABC

If you decide to view property with the Spanish Property ABC, this is the procedure:

Before you leave the UK or ROI, you will be informed in regard to who will meet you and where. Normally, this is immediately outside of the arrivals area of your airport of destination, or if you wish, you can meet at our offices.

Having welcomed you to Spain, our representative, or associate will drive you to your accommodation. If time permits, he or she will spend a few minutes with you to discuss the itinerary for the next couple of days. If you were on a late flight, the matter will wait until the following day.

On day one, the Spanish Property ABC likes to show clients not only properties in which they may be interested, but the area in which they are located.

In the afternoon, you will be taken to view various styles of properties the types in which you have expressed an interest. The Spanish Property ABC will ensure that everything you need to know about each property and the area in which it is situated is made known to you.

Evening, will be left to you and your partner to visit any of the excellent local restaurants and be able to relax so as to mull over the days events, in private.

The second day will begin with a brief discussion regarding your impressions of the types of property viewed the day before. From this, we will draw up a list of specific property for you to view. But of course, only with your full agreement.

Time will be set aside each day for the discussion of any queries or questions which may have arisen regarding property purchase in Spain and in particular, houses which have been viewed. The Spanish Property ABC
